5. Personalised, Custom, or Made-to-Order Products
Personalised, custom, limited drop, or made-to-order products are produced according to your order or specifications.

- made-to-order production.

Once an order for a personalised, custom, or made-to-order product has been confirmed or production has started, cancellation, return, or refund may not be possible, except where required by law or where the product is defective, damaged, or not in conformity with your order.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you confirm your purchase, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

We do not directly store your full payment card details.

- remote delivery area;
- holidays;
- force majeure;
- circumstances outside our control.

11. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For eligible physical products, consumers may have a right of withdrawal or return period under applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allergic To Idiots shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, delay, or inability to use any product or service.
For digital guides, martial arts, travel, or lifestyle content, the information provided is for general informational purposes only and does not replace professional advice.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, supplier issues, payment provider outages, internet failures, government restrictions, war, or civil unrest.
