This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on Allergic To Idiots.
We sell different types of products, including digital products, physical apparel and accessories, and, in the future, personalised or made-to-order products. The refund and return conditions may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

1. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable guides, PDFs, digital resources, or any other non-physical product delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available to you, where applicable law allows this and where you have expressly agreed to immediate access.
If you experience a technical issue with your digital product, such as a broken download link, corrupted file, wrong file, or access problem, please contact us at hello@allergictoidiots.com. We will do our best to provide a working version of the product.
Refunds for digital products may be considered only in exceptional cases, including:
- duplicate purchase by mistake;
- wrong product delivered;
- technical issue that we are unable to resolve;
- payment or billing error.
2. Physical Apparel and Accessories
Physical products include clothing, accessories, and any non-digital products that are shipped to you.
For eligible physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, unless a longer period is expressly stated on the product page or required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- in its original condition;
- with all tags, labels, and packaging where applicable;
- returned with proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, stains, odour, or alteration may not be accepted for return.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.
3. Personalised, Custom, or Made-to-Order Products
Personalised, customised, made-to-order, or specially produced products are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless they are defective, damaged, or not in conformity with your order.
This may include, without limitation:
- products made specifically for you;
- products with custom text, initials, embroidery, print, size, colour, or design;
- limited made-to-order drops;
- products produced after your order has been placed.
