This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Allergic To Idiots are processed, delivered, and shipped.
We may sell different types of products, including digital products, physical apparel and accessories, and, in the future, personalised or made-to-order products. Shipping conditions may vary depending on the type of product purchased and your delivery location.

1. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable guides, PDFs, digital resources, or any other non-physical product delivered electronically.
Digital products do not require physical shipping.
After purchase, digital products may be delivered by:
- download link;
- email;
- customer account access;
- third-party digital delivery app;
- any other electronic delivery method made available at checkout.
If you do not receive your digital product after purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder first.

- the email address used at checkout;
- the name of the digital product purchased.
We will do our best to provide access to the correct file as soon as possible.
2. Physical Apparel and Accessories
Physical products include clothing, accessories, merchandise, and any non-digital product that needs to be shipped.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout whenever available.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- destination country;
- product availability;
- production time;
- warehouse or fulfilment location;
- shipping method selected;
- customs clearance;
- carrier delays;
- holidays or exceptional circumstances.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed before shipping.
Processing time may vary depending on the product.
For in-stock physical products, estimated processing times will be displayed on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
For personalised, custom, made-to-order, or limited drop products, processing times may be longer because the product may be produced after your order is placed.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
4. Personalised, Custom, or Made-to-Order Products
Personalised, custom, made-to-order, or limited drop products may require additional production time before shipping.
This may include products with:
- custom text;
- initials;
- embroidery;
- print;
- specific size;
- specific colour;
- custom design;
- made-to-order production.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided on the product page or during checkout where possible.
Once production has started, personalised or made-to-order products may not be cancellable, except where required by applicable law.
5. Shipping Destinations
We may ship to selected countries and regions depending on the product.
Available destinations will be shown at checkout.
Some products may only be available in certain countries or regions due to shipping costs, customs rules, supplier limitations, or legal restrictions.
We may update available shipping destinations at any time.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as:

- package size;
- fulfilment location;
- carrier rates.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Digital products do not have shipping costs.

Under EU consumer rules, where no specific delivery time has been agreed, goods should generally be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges not collected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border checks, or import procedures.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, we may not be responsible for reshipping costs.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

We will review the situation and may contact the carrier where appropriate.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing after delivery. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
11. Damaged Packages or Products

- clear photos of the damaged product;
- clear photos of the packaging;
- a short description of the issue.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

For example, a digital product may be delivered electronically, while a physical product may be shipped separately.
You may receive separate tracking numbers or delivery notifications.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, customs, or logistics delays.
